01 Work Report of Each Business Team
The journey is full of difficulties, and we set off again with a heavy responsibility. The current industry environment has both opportunities and challenges, standing at the important point of the year, the director of each business segment reviews the results of the first half of the year, and deeply analyze the new challenges, tasks, and requirements coming; By exploring various aspects such as business strategy, business innovation, management thinking etc., we plan our work strategy for the second half of the year, explore and improve in the midst of difficulties, and strive to create a new situation for the second half of the year.

The R&D team mainly reviews the key work of the R&D center in the first half of the year and the subsequent implementation plan. R&D innovation, as one of the core elements of enterprise development, advocates market demand orientation and leads R&D strategic thinking.

The production operation team conducted a review of the production and operation, as well as quality management of the chemical and vaccine sites in the first half of the year. At the same time, they emphasized the "cost decreasing, benefit increasing, and quality improving" operation plan, from methodology to action, insisting on both quantity and quality in production and operation, continuously improving development quality, deepening cost decreasing and benefit increasing.
05 Work Report of Shared Service Center
Vice General Manager Wei Lingli reviewed the work of the Shared Service Center, focusing on sharing information on human resource management, finance, BD & legal, compliance, and other aspects. As a strong service platform of the company, it connects the front and back ends. 06 Work Report of General Manager
General Manager Ji Wei conducted a comprehensive review of each business segment in light of the changing situation, and deeply analyzed the current situation faced by Hisun Animal Healthcare. He put forward the “5 whys”, from the optimization of personnel, return to sales, attention to compliance, focus on e-commerce, pricing strategy to think about the breakthrough, and through strategic change he put forward “Innovation, Acceleration” as the focus of the next stage.
